Working principle:
The filter system works normally: when the system is working normally, the material flows into the magnetic rod group. Due to the action of the magnetic field, the magnetic particles will be adsorbed on the wall of the magnetic rod tube, and the non-magnetic particles are carried into the next process by the liquid;
The filter system automatically demagnetizes and discharges the slag: when the running time reaches the set value, close the feed valve and the discharge valve, the material passes through the side stream, and the system enters the slag discharge process. At this time, the system opens the intake valve to lift the magnetic rod, and after demagnetization The impurity particles fall into the bottom of the tank and are discharged with the liquid;
Automatic cleaning of the filtration system: close the air valve and open the cleaning valve during spray cleaning. The water in the bypass is sprayed into the equipment through the water pump to clean the internal cavity of the equipment. After the magnet is reset, the feed valve and the discharge valve are opened, and the bypass valve is closed. Enter normal working state;
