JSYL filters can remove various solid particles in water and low-viscosity liquids (such as sea water, machined cooling water) to meet the liquid cleanliness requirements of the system operation and the next process. It can also be used to protect key downstream equipment from particle blockage, abrasion or fouling, and improve its operating efficiency and lifespan.

Features:
1. The filter equipment adopts the technical internal mechanical structure to realize the real backwashing function, which can completely remove the impurities trapped by the filter screen, clean without dead spots, without flux attenuation, and ensure the long service life of filtration efficiency.
2. The filter equipment adopts carbon steel, 304, 316 stainless steel wedge-shaped filter screen, which has high strength, accurate precision and corrosion resistance, and the filtration accuracy can reach 5 microns.
3. The filter equipment realizes automatic backwashing through its own retrieval and response functions, which can cope with unstable water quality fluctuations without manual intervention.

After-sales service:
1. The product implements three guarantees, the quality period is one year, and the technical service is provided for life.
2. The supplier provides the basic drawings of the product and is responsible for providing technical guidance when making the foundation.
3. During the commissioning and equipment commissioning warranty period, if the equipment is damaged due to our responsibility, we will repair and replace it free of charge. If the equipment is damaged due to improper transportation and delivery management, we have the responsibility to cooperate with the buyer. Do a good job in service.
4. After the contract is signed, we will train the demand-side operation and maintenance personnel for free.
5. During the commissioning and equipment commissioning warranty period, if the equipment has quality problems, we guarantee to reply immediately after receiving the notice from the demander, and send technicians to the scene to deal with the problem within 4 hours.
