1. Cleaning procedure; the sensor transmits information to the power distribution system, and the power distribution system receives the pressure signal to trigger: the electric motor drives the brush to rotate to clean the filter element; at the same time the drain valve opens to drain; the cleaning time is 10-60 (settable) seconds, cleaning At the end, the valve is closed; the motor stops running; the system returns to the initial state; and the next filtration process begins.
2. Recoil mode: the water inlet and outlet of the filter are closed, the air valve check valve is opened; gas is delivered to the equipment, the direction of force is changed, and the filter element is recoiled; the dirt attached to the inner wall of the filter element is recoiled off. Close the air inlet valve, then open the water inlet valve, and the dirt will be discharged from the drain valve along with the liquid; open the water outlet valve and close the drain valve; the backwash is completed;
3. Gravitational ultra-cleaning: After the above process is repeated N times continuously; the dirt accumulated on the inner wall of the filter element forms a stubborn dirt layer, which is difficult to be cleaned. At this time, the gravitational ultra-cleaning mode is activated; the motor drives the brush to rotate, and the outlet valve closes ; The pressure balance is formed inside and outside the filter element of the filter equipment; at this time, the stubborn dirt is easily cleaned by the brush, and the sewage valve is opened; A121 discharges the dirt; at the end of the cleaning, the sewage valve is closed and the water outlet valve is opened. The equipment returns to the normal filtering state;
