JSYL energy-saving and high-efficiency precision multi-core solid-liquid separator
Introduction
The JSYL filter can remove various solid particles in water and low-viscosity liquids (such as sea water, machined cooling water) to meet the liquid cleanliness requirements of the system operation and the next process. It can also be used to protect key downstream equipment from particle blockage, abrasion or fouling, and improve its operating efficiency and lifespan.
Design Features:
1. The filter equipment adopts the technical internal mechanical structure to realize the real backwashing function, which can completely remove the impurities trapped by the filter, clean without dead spots, without attenuation of flux, and guarantee the long service life of filtration efficiency.
2. The filter equipment adopts carbon steel, 304, 316 stainless steel wedge-shaped filter screen, which has high strength, accurate precision and corrosion resistance, and the filtration accuracy can reach 5 microns.
3. The filter equipment realizes automatic backwashing through its own retrieval and response functions, which can cope with unstable water quality fluctuations without manual intervention.
4. The filtering equipment has few wearing parts, no consumables, low operation and maintenance costs, and simple operation and management.
5. The filter equipment control system is responsive and accurate. It can flexibly adjust the backwash pressure difference and time setting value according to different water sources and filtration accuracy.
6. In the process of backwashing of the filter equipment, each (group) filter screens are sequentially backwashed; to ensure that the filter screens are cleaned safely and efficiently, and other filters are not affected, continue to filter.
7. The filter equipment adopts pneumatic drain valve, the backwashing time is short, the backwashing water consumption is small, and it is environmentally friendly and economical.
8. The filter equipment has a compact and reasonable structure design, a small footprint, and is flexible and convenient to install and move.
9. The filter equipment control system adopts integrated control mode, which can realize remote control.
