Working principle
The filter workflow is divided into filtering state and backwashing sewage state
1. Under normal filtration state: the liquid enters the body from the liquid inlet and is filtered by the filter element, the impurities in the liquid are deposited on the filter screen, the filtered liquid is discharged from the body liquid outlet, and the sewage valve is in a closed state;
2. Backwashing sewage state: After the filter device has passed through N multiple normal filtration processes; the impurities in the liquid are deposited on the filter screen, when the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure reach a certain differential pressure value (≥0.5MPa); the filter device is here When the backflush is required; the intelligent pressure sensor transmits information to the power distribution system; the power distribution system is running; the drain valve is automatically opened; the backwash rotating arm intelligently rotates, causing the backwash node plate to rotate 360 degrees in the direction indicated by the arrow (stop), Under the action of the pressure difference; the filter elements are backwashed one by one; the dirt inside the filter element is backwashed and discharged through the sewage outlet under the working condition of reaction force; the backwashing process ends; the sewage valve is automatically closed; the equipment enters normal filtration state.
