Describe
Filtering process:
The raw water enters the inside of the screen cylinder from the inlet of the filter, and flows through the screen to the outlet of the filter. Dirt particles are trapped on the inner surface of the screen and form a "filter cake", resulting in a pressure difference across the screen. The differential pressure switch senses the differential pressure, and when it reaches a preset value, the cleaning process begins.
Self-cleaning process:
During the self-cleaning process, the filtered process water continues to flow. The drain valve opens and the motor rotates the stainless steel brush to sweep the inner surface of the cylindrical screen. The particles trapped on the screen are removed by the brush and washed away from the drain valve.The whole process takes 20-30 seconds.The water supply is uninterrupted throughout the process.

The self-cleaning cycle starts in any of the following situations
1. Receive the signal from the differential pressure switch
2. Control panel time interval parameter setting
3. Manual start
Working principle
Normal working mode:
The liquid enters the body filter through the inlet to filter, the liquid is filtered by the filter element, and the impurities in the liquid are deposited on the stainless steel filter screen. When the inlet pressure and outlet pressure reach the allowable range value; the system needs manual self-cleaning Equipment; the hand-cranked reducer drives the brush to rotate to clean the filter element; at the same time, the drain valve opens to discharge the sewage; the cleaning time (the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is zero), the valve closes when the cleaning is over; the reducer stops operating; the system returns to the initial state ; Start to enter the next filtration process.
