Describe:
Automatic self-cleaning filter, its internal structure is composed of 304 stainless steel brush, stainless steel filter screen and other main structural parts. The drive motor and electric valve automatically clean and drain. The operation mode is automatic (or manual), with dual functions of differential pressure and automatic sewage discharge. The automation component adopts the most advanced and reliable PLC programmable controller in the world today.
Control mode:
Automatic control: timing and pressure difference, filter timer to set the filter time, the filter time is up, start to drain, the drain time is set by the drain timer. At the same time, the control system compares the filter pressure difference with the set pressure difference. When the filter pressure difference reaches the set value, the filter is cleaned and drained. The drain time is set by the drain timer, and the drain time is up. When it is time to stop cleaning, the filter is restored to its original state, ready for the next filtration process.
Manual control: Switch the automatic/manual selection on the operation panel to the manual position, and the filter layer is drained.
