Sintered wire mesh filter for cooling water filter medium
Describe:
When water flows through the filter, the mechanical impurities in the water will be trapped by the filter screen. When the surface area of the filter screen increases and the pressure reaches 0.04MPa, the differential pressure switch sends a signal, and the PLC sends a command to start the drive motor and open the drain valve. The impurities deposited on the filter are brushed down by the rotating brush and discharged from the drain. The entire washing and sewage process does not require manual operation and stop. In addition, the filter is also equipped with timed/manual cleaning and drainage to ensure that water can be discharged safely and reliably under any circumstances.
Control mode:
Automatic control: timing and pressure difference, filter timer to set the filter time, the filter time is up, start to drain, the drain time is set by the drain timer. At the same time, the control system compares the filter pressure difference with the set pressure difference. When the filter pressure difference reaches the set value, the filter is cleaned and drained. The drain time is set by the drain timer, and the drain time is up. When it is time to stop cleaning, the filter is restored to its original state, ready for the next filtration process.
Manual control: Switch the automatic/manual selection on the operation panel to the manual position, and the filter layer is drained.
