Describe
The automatic self-cleaning filter is highly efficient and automatically backwashed. It can realize online automatic cleaning, automatic sewage discharge function, operation with three functions of differential pressure/timing/manual, and provide stable water quality guarantee for your water system. The filter continues to run during the flushing process, and a small amount of water is used during the flushing process, which makes the filter very efficient.
working principle
Normal filtration: the liquid enters the body filter through the inlet to filter, the liquid is filtered by the filter element, the impurities in the liquid are deposited on the stainless steel filter screen, when the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure reach the set value; the system automatically starts the self-cleaning program; The sensor transmits the information to the power distribution system, and the power distribution system receives the pressure signal to trigger: the electric motor drives the brush to rotate to clean the filter element; at the same time, the drain valve opens to drain; the cleaning time is 10-60 seconds (settable). The valve is closed; the motor stops running; the system returns to the initial state; the next filtration process begins.
Gravity Super Cleaning:
When the above process is repeated N times continuously; the dirt accumulated on the inner wall of the filter element forms a stubborn dirt layer, which is difficult to be cleaned. At this time, the gravitational ultra-cleaning mode is activated; the motor drives the brush to rotate, and the water outlet valve closes; the inside and outside of the filter element of the filter device A state of pressure balance is formed; at this time, the stubborn dirt is easily cleaned by the brush, and the sewage valve is opened; the dirt is discharged; at the end of the cleaning, the sewage valve is closed and the water outlet valve is opened. The equipment returns to the normal filtering state;
