Describe

Filter:
Liquid flows into the interior from the inlet. The liquid flows inward from the outer surface of the filter screen, and the impurities are trapped on the outer surface. Then, the liquid flows out from the outlet; as time goes by, the impurities gradually increase and the pressure difference rises. We can start cleaning the filter screen according to the preset pressure difference or timing.
Clean:
The motor drives the brush to rotate horizontally to clean the filter screen. When the brush rotates, the impurities are brushed off and filtered to the bottom of the filter along the filter screen, and the impurities with a larger specific gravity are deposited in the dirt collector. Each cleaning consists of many strokes. After the filter is cleaned, the filtering capacity is restored. Filtering is not interrupted during self-cleaning.
Freed:
After many cleaning cycles, impurities will accumulate to a certain amount. Open the drain valve regularly to discharge the waste liquid containing high-concentration impurities. If necessary, it can also be recycled.

 

Working principle

Normal working mode:

The liquid enters the body filter through the inlet to filter, the liquid is filtered by the filter element, and the impurities in the liquid are deposited on the stainless steel filter screen. When the inlet pressure and outlet pressure reach the allowable range value; the system needs manual self-cleaning Equipment; the hand-cranked reducer drives the brush to rotate to clean the filter element; at the same time, the drain valve opens to discharge the sewage; the cleaning time (the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is zero), the valve closes when the cleaning is over; the reducer stops operating; the system returns to the initial state ; Start to enter the next filtration process.
