The filter part can only be cleaned when the equipment is disassembled, and the status of the filter cannot be monitored. Moreover, it is greatly affected by human factors, which makes the automation level of the entire system very low. The automatic self-cleaning filter has the functions of raw water filtration and automatic cleaning and drainage of the filter element. The system continues to supply water when cleaning and draining. Compared with the previous filters, this equipment has the advantages of high degree of automation, large processing capacity, self-cleaning sewage, uninterrupted water supply, and wide application range.
Working principle
The range when the pressure difference between the water inlet and outlet reaches the set value. The control system rotates the stainless steel brush and the dirt is brushed to the bottom. The bottom drain valve is opened and the dirt is discharged. The grab command can also be executed according to the set time period.

Features

4) The utility model has the characteristics of uninterrupted water supply, no bypass when cleaning sewage, short cleaning time, low sewage consumption, and no more than 1% of the total flow.
5) The connection method with the user pipeline is flange connection. The flange adopts the national standard flange, which has strong versatility.
